Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Took me a few tries before I got over the macro taste and then I realized: this doesn’t taste like a macro, the macros are diminished and mass produced versions of what this is not embarrased to be. A wonderfully yeasty and wheaty brew that is rounded out with some lovely hops. Great for a hot day and perfect with BBQ. This is the John Deere Ride-On of lawnmower beers.

Pours brilliant golden with long lasting white head. Aroma of floral hops and a touch of maltiness. Quite hoppy, satisfying malt backbone. Hops are more present in the finish, for a long lingering dryness. Great pil.

Pours a shimmering gold color with shining edges, not watery looking like most. Aroma is mainly malty with effects of hops shining through. Flavor is smooth and mild, so easy to drink but still with some great hop esters. I really liked this one and it taught me never to underestimate a pils.

Pours a golden colour with a big white head. Hops and some citrus in aroma. Smooth taste of malt and a nice hop bitterness. Certainly alot less bitter and lighter than I expected but nicely balanced.

Clear yellow, white head. Hoppy crisp clean aroma. Crisp hoppy flavor with a decent malt backbone. Very easy drinking, full flavored, and enjoyable.

Enjoy by 11-21-05.It seems after doing some pilsner soul searching, I find that this pils reminds me way too much of a heady heineken or something.Tupper’s Hop Pocket Pils is king along with the Troegs Sunshine Pils.Don’t get me wrong now,I Love Victory! Just not my favorite pils~

Pours crisp, clean, and golden. Very light color with lots of carbonation. Head is fluffy, pure white, and leaves a good amount of lace as it quickly settles. Aroma is cool and hoppy with hints of malt. Somewhat typical fragrance for a lager but has a bit more cleanliness to it. The bottle I sampled expired back in April but I can’t really tell the difference. I guess I’ll have to find a fresher bottle somewhere and sample it to see if I am missing something. Flavor is sweet, hoppy, a bit fruity. Definitely not typical of the style. This is a clean crisp beer with good hops character and lots of malt complexity. After sampling a nice variety of beers I have decided that I am definitely an ale guy, but this is a lager that satisfies my palate. Overall, Prima Pils is a great session beer. I like it!

Bottle. Nice clear golden color with a thin white head. Hoppy aroma. Sweet malt flavor with a bite of hops at the end. Nice, smooth, sticks to your palate. A great Pils.
