| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Oct 26, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy (almost opaque) yellow/gold with a thick but shortlived white head. The aroma is mostly wheat with some citrus notes (herbal citrus - from coriander). The flavor follows the nose: wheaty and dry - like flaked, unmalted grain - with some herbal spiciness and citrus. The finish is dry and refreshing with a touch of coriander and a very light bitterness. The mouthfeel is crisp and vigorously carbonated with a medium body. Overall, a very plain witbier. Not bad, but kind of boring... wheelz843 (211), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2008 Wheat scent with a moderate fruit presence, cloudy golden color with an off white head, crisp refreshing flavor that begs for the return of summer, a tad light for a belgian white, flavor lasted adequately, overall a beer that I would pick up again on a lazy warm day. pacaus (49), Dublin, Pennsylvania, USA
