Jul 29, 2008 Bottle from Bevmo. Hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Good strong orange and corriander aroma and taste with a fairly crisp clean palate. very drinkable and refreshing. Not bad.

Jul 27, 2008 Bottle. Hazy gold color with a quickly evaporating head. Aromas of wheat and doughy banana with some dusty spice. Citrusy flavors with a mildly peppery coriander pinch in the back. However, this struck me as overly thin and watery, which left the flavors diluted. I was wanting more life and more body from this one.

Jul 27, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy pale gold with a massive white head, even with a very slow pour. Despite its size, the head diappeared after the first two or three sips. Pleasant aroma of orange and cloves. The flavor was orange and cloves along with some yeast. Mild bitterness and drying at the finish. I enjoy a good wit, especially on a hot summer afternoon. This one comes up a bit short.

Jul 22, 2008 Not the best witbier, I must say i was a little disappointed with Victory. Pours slightly hazy gold, thick head, very aromatic. Very crisp, slightly fruity taste, clean finish. Just your average witbier.

Jul 18, 2008 I found this beer for $.79 a bottle while I was visiting in Providence, RI. Can’t imagine why, it was good. A very subtle orange and coriander note with a tremendous head and lacing. Perhaps it lacked some maltiness but it was refreshing, nonetheless. Reminded me of my own spiced wheat beer (one of my best attempts).

Jul 17, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy light yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light spices and citrus. The flavor has a spicy citrus taste but is rather bland and watery. Overall this beer is rather unremarkable.

Jul 10, 2008 A nicely tan beer with a thin, quickly dissipating head. Aroma can be best described as nutmeg, nutmeg, NUTMEG! with just a bit of dried fruit on the nose.
Overall flavor is light, crisp, and most definitely refreshing! Certainly spiced, it’s maybe a bit reminiscent of "Christmas". Not bad for a particularly hot day, although the spice ends up detracting from the sheer, simple drinkability of this wonderful beer.
Would be a nice accompaniment to an earthy clothbound cheddar or pears.
