Apr 29, 2008 Draft at Flying Saucer. Hazy, light orange color. Minimal head. Nice citrusy nose and flavor. Dough, yeast, and lemons with some spice make up the flavor. Refreshing, clean. Good summer beer.

Apr 27, 2008 Some slight spice on the nose. Golden amber with some slight opacity, thick head. Peppery clove sweetness, slight bitterness. Well carbonated, but felt a little thin. Decent beer, but there are better American Witbiers out there.

Apr 21, 2008 12oz bottle. pours hazy light golden with thin white head. aroma is lemony, wheaty, yeasty. pours lemon, slightly sour, yeasty, wheaty. very soft going down but tingly on the palate. drinkable and tea like.

Apr 21, 2008 It pours a light orange with no head. It drinks like a sports beverage. Very light, spill of hops and taste of chamomile. The yeast goes to work on this wit but Victory does not.

Apr 13, 2008 Uniformly hazy pale golden orange color with a thin, coarse white head. Bready yeast aroma with hints of citrus and sweet orange candy. Light to medium bodied with a zing of carbonation. Orange zest and lemon flavors followed by grassy bite. A bit weak and watery. Fairly clean finish, could use some hop tones.

Apr 12, 2008 what a delicious belgian white. It did everything to satisfy me. the flavor was perfect with just the right amount of wheat in it. It was definitely one of the best wits i’ve tried. It was smooth to drink and tingled that palate. Great beer.
