Commercial Description:
A swirling dynamo of flavor, with a steady calm of satisfaction at its heart, that's Whirlwind Witbier. Offering a tamed tempest of flavors both spicy and sublime, this softly fermented ale greets the nose and tingles the tongue. Imported Belgian yeast charges Whirlwind with an energy all its own. It is a refreshing interpretation of the classic, Belgian 'white beer' style.

i can’t believe this beer only got a 75! i don’t think any beer made by victory is less than 85, but whatever. anyway this beer pours exactly as it should coming to a nice foamy white head and a cloudy golden body. As for flavor hints of citrus and spice with a full malty crisp finish. Very minimal yeast flavor. overall one of my favorite beers to mow the lawn with

Pours a cloudy mmilky white.yellow color. Arona is funky wheat and I dont know what. Taste is wheat with fake sour fruit added. I dont know why, but this just struck me as bad. Victory has much better to offer.

Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is yeast and spice. Flavor is spicy and yeasty with some lemon on the finish. Pretty drinkable.

Pours a hazy yellow gold with a half inch of frothy white head. Very spicy aroma mixed with the wheat, yeast and citrus scents. Very fizzy body. I feel like i just drank my spice rack mixed with some lemon juice and yeast. Not entirely a bad thing. The floral and citrus flavors compliment each other in an interesting way.

I got this as my light option for the weekend, and it was even more of a bomb than i was expecting. Too citrusy, and too sharp of a carbonation. Would have liked it to be more breadsy and smooth. First letdown from Victory.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a smallish white head and no lace. Aroma is sweet citrus with hints of orange and lots of lemon and just a bit of clove. Flavor is mostly lemon but not tart. Light bodied, lively carbonation. Very light and drinkable.

June 2007 - Beer pours hazy really pale yellow color with only smallish head and lacing. Nice blend of wheat and citrus and floral flavors. A nice easy drinking summer brew.

bottle. this beer smelled like dirt or grass and tasted like it too. very dry and that’s ok. goes down dry, smells dry. lots of carbonation but it didn’t help me get through the beer. no head good lacing. the description says it "tingles the tongue" and it does. just not in a good way for me........side note, I changed my first score a bit. this beer grew on me the warmer it got. this happens some times. wait to drink this beer as it warms up.
