| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 8, 2008 Bottle->shaker(no other option where I tasted): Pours a white, sparse head with no lacing onto a yellow body. Has a sweet honey aroma that is mildly hoppy and a molasses taste that bitters out towards the end. Has a medium body/mouthfeel and a slightly astringent aftertaste. Is somewhat particulate in appearance. Petrucci914 (591), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 1, 2008 Pours a pale yellow full of particulate. Aroma is wheat, orange zest, banana, and other fruity spices. Taste is very thin and smooth; banana and orange flavors with a hint of wheat, ending with a bit of malty nuttiness. I see what people are saying about it being thin and watery, but I like a good tasting but smooth brew. An easy drinker. TikiE (360), Sylva, North Carolina, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 25, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light yeast, and light citrus. Taste is similar, with decent wheat and light spice notes. Smooth mouthfeel, with fine carbonation. Very drinkable. My only complaint is that it lacks some of the body and potent spicy notes that a superb wit would have. cking (1041), North Canton, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Dec 17, 2007 Picked up this sixer on my way to visit a friend, best by March, 2008. Sampled a few of these in one sitting, decent wit but it falls short in a couple aspects. Clear golden color, turned hazy by adding the yeast. No head is present, same story with the lacing. Subdued aroma of citrus and fruity spices, very tame yet inviting. Flat and thin on the palate, still crisp and refreshing which sure helped. Banana and orange fruit flavors with light, dry wheat and coriander. Sub-par witbier that contains the bare essentials, far from outstanding.
