| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 1, 2007 Yellow-white color, opaque. Fluffy white head that wanes quickly. Corriander is vividly present along with citrus notes in the malt. Great balance of wheat, citrus, and malt. This beer is an excellent example of a belgian white, I recommend this. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 28, 2007 Bottle from ty5592. Thanks! Pours a deep orangish yellow with a spritzy head that fades before I finish pouring. Nose is subdued wheat, coriander, spices. Flavor is slight citrus, more wheat, some banana. Sharp finish. Easy to drink, but pretty damn boring. They sure filtered the shit out of this. TheBeerOrg (1589), Kentucky, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jul 27, 2007 Pours light golden and hazy with a thin, mostly receding white head. Aroma of orange peel, creamy wheat, and mild esters. Tastes of creamy unmalted wheat, light orange peel and spicy coriander. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Very refreshing and quite enjoyable. Stine (1380), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 24, 2007 Tap at the Muddy Pig. Pale yellow and transparent appearance. Nose of coriander, butterscotch, and a myriad of other dull and dumbed down spices. A hint of sour orange juice on the tongue is all that identifies this within its style for flavor. Wet grasses and mildew combine with honeycomb and general slickness for a plain pilsner sentiment. Completely lacking in tart or spicy character, seeming to fill this void with a bland corny sweetness. This doesn’t work. Palate betrays the emptiness thus far displayed. A metallic cringe and a tangy, falsified fruity burst at the finish. Reasonable to drink but a pretty pathetic representation. unclemattie (2439), Georgia, USA
