Aroma is wheat, citrus, yeast, and spices. Taste is also citrus, lemon, light tangy wheat- with clove and coriander, and wit yeast. Light bodied. Not bad, a pretty simple and refreshing witbeer. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 13, 2007 Slightly cloudy yellow pour with a thin head. Clove and lemon aroma. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy and has little carbonation. Slightly sour up front. Leads to a heavy citrus/orange taste with notes of banana and yeast. Sour finish, slightly bitter. A bit too light in body and the tart finish doesn’t seem right. Still a good brew from a good brewer. RiverHorse (454), New Jersey, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 12, 2007 Pours a very hazy yellow color. There was about a two inch head on the weizen glass. The scent was of wheat, bananas and lemons. The taste was very refreshing with a smooth, clean wheat finish. A very enjoyable wit. Bockyhorsey (2552), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 10, 2007 12oz bottle thaks to my wife Wendy. Good aroma of bananna for this one. Hazy yellow body with white head that went flat quick. Refreshing beer with some bananna and vanilla but also sour and somewhat acidic. Sour aftertaste which found to be normal with this style. Good beer nonetheless after work. rayg1 (439), Ft. Mill, South Carolina, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 9, 2007 Pours out a hazy yellow with a decent white head on it. Smells of citrus, bannana, mango, and spice burst from the tiny white bubbles. First sip yeilds a fruity sweetness followed by a nice spice kick and finishing with a yeasty doughy feel. This is a pretty good witbier and is crisp and refreshing as can be on a hot summer day. Only complaint is that it may be a tad less flavorful than expected. SSSteve (2089), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 7, 2007 Bottle. Musty sour lemon and clove aroma with a hint of sweet orange. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Flavor primarily clove and corriander with light musty lemon and orange peel flavor. Moderate carbonation. More spice and less sour than the average witbier - a very nice beer.
