Commercial Description:
A swirling dynamo of flavor, with a steady calm of satisfaction at its heart, that's Whirlwind Witbier. Offering a tamed tempest of flavors both spicy and sublime, this softly fermented ale greets the nose and tingles the tongue. Imported Belgian yeast charges Whirlwind with an energy all its own. It is a refreshing interpretation of the classic, Belgian 'white beer' style.

Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a thick, but quickly dimishing bright white head. The aroma is yeasty and mildly spicy, with clove and lemongrass. The flavour is light, crisp and short-lived with a dry yeasty finish. There is a faint hint of lemon cittrus, clove and wheat. The palate is watery, but fitting for the flavours. This is very easy to drink and offerable to those who aren’t avid beer drinkers. Nothing really pops in flavour, or aroma for that matter, but nothing is bad about it either. A well-executed, straight forward Belgian wit.

Pale yellowish color. Flavor is mild yeasty, some spice. Nothing offending in this beer, but nothing overly spectacular. A nice belgian white. Solid.

(12 oz. bottle) pale white/yellow, head dissolves quickly. peppery, clove yeast flavors dominate. very nice. crisp, moderate carbonation and a light wheat flavor. its a very clean taste - drops off quickly with a crisp dry finish.

Very clear with very little head retention or lacing. Nice subtle spice well paired with the belgian yeast flavors. A little vanilla & maybe pineapple flavor. Could use a little more in the mouthfeel and hops. It’s alittle watery and low bitters. But very refreshing and a good belgian flavor without getting mixed up with too much spice or fruit.

An excellent Witte: yellow with nice white hue. nice aroma which is full of spice and is quite bready. flavor is great lots of spice in here very refreshing. Spice has lots of soft bready backup. Could use a little bit of acidity to really get that refreshing kick. palate is rather light. Overall quite nice, I want a case every summer

Bread and Citrus aroma. Very light mouthfeel. Hint of lemon. Fishes a bit watery and without much flavor.

Yellow-golden color with a nice citrusy-sweet aroma. Taste is sweet, sugary, and overall very pleasant. Refreshing wit.

Delicious wit. Pours a cloudy white. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Taste of yeast and lemon with a crisp dry finish. Doesn’t get much better than this in this category
