Sweet light hay-like flavor with malty and lemon accents. Lightly carbonated and creamy in the mouth. Very easy to drink and no bitterness on the finish, very smooth. mbrandon2w (109), Worcester, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 17, 2007 pours a straw, thick but shortlived head. smells strongly of lemongrass. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 14, 2007 Very sim you lar to blue moon. But with a twist of citrus. I enjoyed it more then I enjoyed your sister last night, all night. luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 14, 2007 Bottled. Beer is clear, light gold with a small, frothy, white head that vaporizes quickly.

The aroma is malty with moderate notes of toasted grain; Hoppy with moderate notes of herbal resin/pine, lighter notes of lemon zest and straw; Yeasty with a light note of dough; Moderate notes of evergreenish coriander and light notes of orange peel, peppery grains of paradise, clove.

The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic lightly bitter with a shortish, lightly sweet finish. Husky retros, tongue feels coated with spice oils.

The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation gives away to softness.

Fair, but over spiced and lacks remarkable sensual impact. psuCE03 (122), York, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 13, 2007 Aroma is full of honey and citrus (orange or lemon) and the flavor is sweet and tangy. Palate may be a little thin but for the style I don’t think that is out of the ordinary. Refreshing beer. JCB (1786), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 10, 2007 I’m not Captain Wit, I must admit. But this is pretty schwaggy stuff, particularly for a brewery like Victory. Yes it’s got the whiff of orange peel and coriander, yes it’s got the lively light orange body. But yes, it also has a paper thin mouthfeel, a quickly dissipating taste, and an unholy resemblance to Blue Moon. Ugh. radagast83 (1315), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 8, 2007 Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudly golden/straw color. Aroma has yeast, banana, and citrus. A great, solid Whitbier. AOF (282), Naperville, Illinois, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | May 4, 2007 Another great offering from Victory. Poured from a bottle, this beer is light but rich in amber color due to the cloudiness. Nose is apricot, dogwood flower and spring citrus with a touch of spice(Cloves and cinnamon). Light to medium in body this beer beat my expectations. If you like Goose Islands 312, this will smash it.
