It isnt too wheaty or bready which is nice for the style. The low alcohol makes drinking many of these without compunction nice. jonwayne4883 (401), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 13, 2007 From a 12 oz. with a blurb on the left side of label, enjoy by date on the front of label, last third of bottle given a good swirl, sampled at a cool cellar temperature in a pint glass.
Poured a more hazy than cloudy straw orangey golden with a small foamy white that settled into a thin lacing.
Aromas of a light citric zest, clove and some spices, musty, moldy bread from the yeast.
Good carbonation and a crisp, dryish, smooth medium bodied mouthfeel.
Pleasant enough, tastes of wheat grainy malts, a light orange and lemon fruitiness, a subtle clovey, a mild sour mustiness from the yeast, a soft spicy bite towards the end and a palate cleansing dry yeasty, malty finish.
Easy drinkability, just not that memorable, would be nice on a hot summer day.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/20 | Feb 10, 2007 Initial pour from the 12 ounce bottle into my stemmed glass was surprisingly clear. About an inch of white foam quickly receded, so I took a sip, poured all but the last inch of beer into the glass, swirled up some tiny clumps of brown yeast, and dumped that in too. OK, now its a wit - cloudy as can be. Head almost completely disappeared now, it leaves small traces of foam on the side of the glass when swirled.
Faint sweet citrus and spice aroma with a little bit of bread yeast. Tastes fairly tart and a bit acidic, but full of fruit and spice. Sweet wheat flavor that finished on the dry side. Very refreshing The tanginess remains in your mouth for a minute or so after each sip.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 2, 2007 Mildly cloudy, minimal head. Lemony,yeasty, hints of orange peel. Clean,easy to drink. Probably great on a hot day but the price is a drawback,especially for a domestic. Glad I was able to buy a single bottle. DrBayern (1137), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA

Hazy pale straw color with smallish white head, especially so for a beer with wheat malt. Yeast, lemon, and clove add up to a pleasing aroma. Light, clean mouthfeel with a lively effervescence. Flavor characterized by a bit of acidity and a suggestion of sourness. lean, palate cleansing finish. Sregnar35 (732), Rotterdam, New York, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 16, 2007 Bottle, poured a very pale yellow with a thin white head. Typical wit aroma, corriander and sweet malt. Prety average flavor, almost a little bland. Slighty syrupy mouthfeel due to low carbonation. An OK wit, nothing special.
