Typical wit aroma, corriander and sweet malt. Prety average flavor, almost a little bland. Slighty syrupy mouthfeel due to low carbonation. An OK wit, nothing special. bgburdman9 (823), Columbus, Ohio, USA

The body is a cloudy lemon flesh yellow and supports a diminishing, wispy white head. Aroma is slightly dishwatery with yeast notes, light citrus/orange and very faint spicey notes.

Fore tastes like overripe fruit, coriander, dried orange peel and dishwater. Not very appealing at all. Cornsloth (16), East Wenatchee, Washington, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 19, 2006 Updated: Dec 20, 2006I nice sweet, light smell. A beautiful, light gold color, with a little cloud to it. A slightly off white head that rapidly dissolves. A taste great taste that is just the slightest bit tangy, followed by an easy swallow. Overall a very drinkable Witbier, although not the best.
It should be noted that the bottle I’d poured from had been sitting on the shelf a little past its prime. jcr (1190), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 9, 2006 Hazy yellow body with small, white head. Aroma is yeasty and spicy with notes of coriander and clove, almost too pungent. The flavor is slightly sweet and evokes tastes of clove, pepper and pear. Medium body with a watery texture. Moderately dry finish. Though this beer has all the aromas and flavors I associate with a witbier, something is off in the way they blend together. Too much tang, too much clove, too thin a palate. cbkschubert (2023), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 3, 2006 12 oz. bottle via trade with AxlLives Pours a hazy bright golden color with a thin white bubbly head that faded to nothing in a few seconds. Faint carbonation. Aroma is yeast and esters (mainly banana). Flavor is light yeast, spice, and esters. Has a dry, thin palate. Light body. I was a little disappointed with this beer. A flat, lifeless beer. It was exactly one month past its "enjoy by" date. I don’t think it made much of a difference though. Thanks Bryan. hiphops (280), caldwell, New Jersey, USA
