Aug 2, 2006 This is a very decent Witbier if you are a fan of the style.
Appearance: Pours light lemon color. a bit hazy and tight sudsy head.
Smell: Partly clean and partly spicy tart lemon with a bit of cloves.
Taste: Peppery cloves and lemon. Yeasty and hint of nuts. It is a flavorful Witbier with a clean finish.
Mouthfeel: Citric and tart but very mellow. Decent carbonation in a light body. Refreshing summer beer.
Drinkability: I tend to prefer a different style but I could see myself enjoying one of these in place of lemonade after some yard work.

Jul 26, 2006 (Bottle, Best Before Oct 14 06) Pours a cloudy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, and corriander. Flavor of lemon, coriander, and cloves.

Jul 25, 2006 Transparent golden yellow with almost no head. Decent banana, fruit ester, clove, hints of other spice. Flavor has a decent kick up front with banana amd clove, fades rather quickly to nothing. Very easy to drink, might be a nice cross-over brew. Just appearance and aroma kill the score completely.

Jul 21, 2006 Pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma is fruit, corriander and bread. Flavors is much the same but is dominated by the bready yeast taste. A very easy to drink light beer. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Jul 20, 2006 Aromas are bready with a little wheaty yeast and some coriander(?). Appearance is about right for a witbier, but nothing to get me too excited. Flavor is pretty plain, too, with a bit of a sour character that seemed to go away as the beer breathed/warmed(?) more... I didn’t like this quality at first, but it grew on me a bit. Still, this isn’t going to be on my top ten list any time soon.
