| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 7, 2009 So I was hungover and had been crapping firewater all day. I needed something light and easy on the stomach to drink at night and stumbled upon this gem.
Poured the bottle just above fridge temp and it poured a little clearer and yellower than your average witbier.
The smell was faint, but some light spices and yeast came through very delicately.
Taste was just what I was looking for, light, hints of orange peel, very light hints of white spices. Nice and light bodied with a good amount of carbonation. KornDogg (222), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 3, 2009 Sampled at World Beer Festival in Raleigh NC this beer pours a cloudy golden color. Nose of citrus, wheat and spice. Spicy, floral taste that is good for a hot day but this isn’t one of my favorite Victory brews. Pawola22 (794), Kansas City, Missouri, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 24, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with a good amount of particulate floating around. Very thin, fizzy, white head that dissipates immediately and leaves no lacing. Aroma is sweet and malty while remaining spicy. Very soft wheat malts and banana-ish Belgian yeast balance nicely with some orange peel and lemon. The spices are really nice in this too. Its a very subtle coriander and an almost pumpkin pie-like smell of nutmeg and allspice. I’m not as big on the flavor as I was on the aroma, however. A very light wheat malt that dries instantaneously. Some citrus in the middle and a light spicing in the finish with a faint wheat aftertaste. Very quick on the palate with a light to medium body. Watery feel. Overall, the aroma left me with high hopes for this, but it really wasn’t anything special. The fact that this style isn’t really my thing doesn’t help with the rating either. donteatpoop (125), Youngstown, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 7, 2009 A deep yellow color, looked like apple juice... or pee maybe... There was a thin and shortly lived white head that made a brief appearance in the glass.
Smelled of yeast and hops.
Tasted of yeast, the hops were slightly skunky.
Very crisp and refreshing, went down smooth.
Not a bad beer, average by my estimation. I wouldn’t be opposed to drinking it again, but not more than one or two; and if other options were available I’d go for them. Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Pours a very cloudy golden with floating impurities and a basically absent head. Light body, citrus accents and perhaps a hint of coriander. Finishes dry. 210309 MiP (9162), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Bottle. Weak plastic aroma, not too unpleasant though. Orange colour, a lot of floating yeast. Almost no head. The flavour is slightly sweet, has some pumpkin spice, whatever that is. Mild milk note, perhaps a little paper.
