Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Apr 23, 2001 Hazy yellow colour. Aroma of orange yoghurt, with fluffy maltiness and sublte coriander. Soft, smooth malty palate, kind of marshmallowy. Spices remain subdued. This is a subtle and stylish brew. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 10/26/2006

argo0 (6167), Washington DC, USA Aug 24, 2002 Unfiltered pale yellow body, big head. Spicy wheat aroma. Slightly tart flavor, spicy too. Flavor improves as it warms. Very bubbly on the tongue. Rastacouere (5270), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Apr 28, 2004 bottle Dull hazy yellow with tiny swiftly and completely fading white head, very effervescent body. Shy aroma of wet hay, terrebentine, lemon and juniper. Tart presence in mouth, mostly wheaty tart, lemony with some orange, coriander and not much else, wet hay finish, overcarbonated and boring wheat presence. A disappointment considering who brewed it I must say. CaptainCougar (4633), Rockville, Maryland, USA Oct 6, 2003 Pours a bright semi-cloudy golden with a hint of spice in the nose. Body is strong in citrus with some coriander. A decent wit, but a little thin.
