750ml - Aroma is loaded with funky brett, caramel and fresh citrus hops. Flavor is still brett forward with hints of caramel and a decent hop finish. I was hoping for a bit more in the hop department considering the base beer. Palate is dry and tart. A very tasty beer if you like the brett funk, which I do.

Dec 10, 2009 A damn fine beer. Hazy orange with a fluffy off white head. A white wine, sour, oak, and apricot aroma and taste nicely balanced between the sour and bitter and slightly dry in the finish.

Dec 10, 2009 Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a hazy copper color with an off white head. Aroma is slightly tart and sweet with a good deal of citrus, some medicinal/herbal stuff, toast, and spice. Flavor is tart and surprisingly bitter, earthy, grassy with some citrus, and a bitter bite at the end. Medium bodied with generous carbonation.

Dec 10, 2009 Orangish color with nice white head. Aroma and taste sour barnyard, bandaids, spices and wild yeast with a bite at the end of the taste. Overall pretty good but different.

Clear amber color, small steady off-white head. Very leathery, barnyardish, and hoppy aroma. Sweet honeyish and fruity hoppy flavor. Some clover in the finish. Aftertaste is a bit bready.

Dec 9, 2009 The aroma is sour and funky with urinal cake, plastic, barnyard, yeast, grass, and cheese. The appearance is amber with a huge head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth but thin. Overall not very good but I guess it’s supposed to be like this.

Dec 5, 2009 Updated: Dec 6, 2009Beautiful hazed amber body, rich caramel hued, and a voluminous billowing soft white head. Complex nose with charred wood and floral spice with. Immediate spice upfront. Sharp brett fruit character with on-top of caramel malt. Musty earth notes with a creamy mouthfeel that finishes with light resinous pine. Very enjoyable.

Dec 4, 2009 Bottle... Poured hazy, golden/orange with a huge, bubbly, off-white head. Funky, dirty, horse blanket aromas. Rich flavors of tart fruits and a malty base. Almost like a tripel with citrus, banana, cloves and spices and the added lactic, funky yeast notes before a flakey bread-like, acidic finish. A good sourness but not too puckering.
