Saveur: Goût de miel et de framboise avec une très légère pointe d’alcool. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est plein avec une texture liquoreuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Jul 4, 2007 [sampled at Dieu du Ciel] Sweet honey and raspberries in the aroma. Slight alcohol presence. Tart fruit flavors blend well with the honey sweetness. Finishes with some considerable alcohol warmth.

Mar 18, 2005 Sampled at Yer Mad. Appealing reddish amber color. Mild aroma of honey and raspberries. Excellent flavor of honey and raspberries with a bitter finish, maybe the bitterness comes from the raspberries. Very liquorous texture. So far this is the best mead I’ve tasted.

Nov 23, 2004 Tawny coloured. Lightly spicy in aroma and flavour. Some notes of oak. Nice legs on the glass. Still and viscous. A touch liquourous and warming. Sampled at Yer Mad.
