Nov 24, 2005 Clear yellow pour. The aroma is reminiscent of dry white wine and honey. Again the flavor reminds dry white wine and honey. It’s very simple and almost boring.

Aug 10, 2004 750ml bought from Marché des Saveurs at Marché Jean-Talon. White wine pour, still, clear very light yellow. A bit simple nose, a typical white wine with honey notes and not much else. Good balance between the sweetness and finishing dryness. Complementing instead of dominating honey character. Fresh and clean grapes. Assertive astringency. Rather easy to drink. Ultimately uninspiring.
