Sweet stout, somewhat flat with a light bitter duration. Chocolaty dark syrup. Pretty good flavor, but palate is a bit dull.

pours a deep opaque colour, large fluffy brown head. leaves you with a drier mouthfeel and many different aromas accompany this pour. Nutty, cocoa, barnyard, cloves, and ripe pear.

Pours a flat oily black with almost no head. Aroma is dark fruit, dark chocolate, sugar, and dark roasts. Taste is creamy with a dry finish. Taste is chocolate, milk sugar, earthiness, and a bit of anise - kinda reminds me of a Baltic Porter. Pretty good but could use a bit more robustness.

Pours out a rich black color with very little head (brown) despite an aggressive pour. After it warmed up to room temperature there are notes of dark fruit, roasted malt, chocolate and raisin. I’ll admit, this was put in the refrigerator and when I first smelled it chilled it seemed like a disappointment. This is a beer that REALLY opens up once it hits room temperature. Taste is dark chocolate, sweet malt, raisin, and some earthiness. Carbonation is very minimal which lends to a very creamy body. Overall, this was a good experience with this brewing company as I never had anything from them before.

Bottle form WI. Pours dark brown with thin tan head. Aroma is sweet malt, raisin, and etoh. Flavor is just that very sweet with some roastiness in the finish. A creamy treat.

Black colour with a large dense light brown head. Very complex aroma made up by prune and raisin fruityness, caramel and chocolate sweetness, bread and earth notes. Fruity and caramel sweet flavor with notes of chocolate and bread.

Pours deep black with small brown head. Aromas of chocolate, oats, and malt. Flavors of oat, malt, a hint of alcohol, and some coffee in the finish. Outstanding IS! Thanks Brent for letting me drink this one.
