Bottle. Light copper and cloudy. No head. Slight malt aroma. Flavor is very weak. It was also flat. Don’t know why it’s called a pilsner.

Pours an orangeish blonde colour with a thin weak head. Aroma is pleasent- pears and green apples. Taste is refreshing, clean and fruity. A tastey summertime brew I’d say.

Body is a hazy orange yellow with fair white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is almost sweet and sour with notes of honey. Flavor is not impressive. Bready and sweet malts that taste sour and stale. Just not impressed. Body is semi-flat as well.

Had this one bottled in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, thanks Slothgar! A very interesting and refreshingly good pilsener. Hazy medium yellow pour with a thin, filmy white head. Bready, sweet malty nose. Very slightly sweet palate, some rye bread, honey. Creamy mouthfeel. Soft finish. Overall, I’d say this is a keeper.

Thanks skyview. The beer pours to a hazy shiny pale golden body with a thin sheen white head. The aroma is biscuits, breads, sourdough, more doughy items, and light hops. The flavor is bread dough up front and toasty crystal malts on the finish. Biscuits and honey. Noble hops. The palate is medium-light bodied with a moderate texture. Light minerals. Easy drinking.

Light and soft. Fruit is prominent, with a bit of fresh grass. Finally, a pilsener with a bit of life. Seems that most beers of this style are light and refreshing, but lack character. This beer has a little bit extra that makes it stand out. Once again, the water they use for this beer helps make it a decent brew.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with Brigadier (thanks!). Poured a medium golden color wtih a smaller sized white head. Some small floaters. Aromas of grass, light citrus, grainy, honey comb, and I was getting some butteriness. Subtle tastes of the same but the butteriness isn’t there. Lightly tart finish.
