Sweet honey-floral malts on the nose, pours a lovely clear copper-brown, thin off-white head leaves abundant lace. Flavor has a lot of sweet tea and biscuit in it, some floral hops. Palate is thin but well balanced in terms of carbonation.

Pours a mostly clear amber copper with a think layer of white head that inevitable dissipates quickly. Aroma is very light. Light notes of caramel. Flavor is bland with notes of caramel, fruit (apple) and a little hops. Body is light. Almost no carbonation. As with all Viking beers the carbonation problem holds.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with robertsreality (thanks!). Opened to a loud pssst - I was expecting it to gush, but it didn’t. It did, however, proceed to pour all head. Settled to a medium orangish color. Aromas of toasted nuts, caramel, bready and yeasty. Tastes of caramel, toasted nuts, and toffee. Fizzy body that took away from the tastes.
