12oz bottle acquired in trade with robertsreality (thanks!). Poured a light to medium and hazy yellow color with a huge, huge sized white head. Aromas of yeast, ginger, spicey, light citrus, and cloves. Tastes of lemons, ginger, wheat, other spices, and citrus. Tart (almost lip puckering tart) finish.

Cloudy dark straw color with a taller white head. Light aromas with mild spice and floral scents. Has a real facial cream smell that I have a hard time getting past. Flavors are nice with plenty of spice - Coriander, ginger, mace and orange zest. Quite zippy in feel, nearly too much so. Seems a bit watery when looking for some depth past the spices. Middle and finish have some faint berry flavors. I could use a touch more malt backbone.

12 oz bottle from Woodmans on Gammon Road in Madison (Oct 2006) imbibed from a Corsendonk glass at cellar temperature or so. Hazy gold with lots of bubbling, smooth snow-white cap that dies slowly....lemony, fairly spicy (ginger-coriander) aroma is quite sharp and fresh, but more reminiscent of soda than beer -- there isn’t really any malt character that I can detect....pretty much the same thing going on for the tongue, light and refreshing, fruity-zesty with touches of coriander and lime added, high but not really obtrusive carbonation, but just not enough like a beer, though some faint sour wheat and pale malt does evidence in the mouthfeel. Another mixed feeling from this brewer....

Very hazy gold with lots of very small floaters. The head is bright white and dense. The aroma has lots of corriander with some banana. There is an overall musky perfume to this brew. The taste is light plantain with some corriander spice in the finish. The body is fairly light with low carbonation. This is an ok wit, but has a funky cardboard note.

Picked up a single bottle from Blue Max in Burnsville, MN. Pours a very, very light gold brew, almost as clear as water. One of the lightest brews I’ve seen to this date. The brew also forms a very fizzy white head, even at cold temperatures. Slowly dissolves after five minutes with a terrific lacing. Aroma is like P&G Ivory soap. No kidding! Maybe some orange peel, a twist of lime, but that Ivory soap knocked me off my seat. Taste is high citrus, spices and wheat to the extreme. Palate is a bit acidic, then sweet with a blast of ginger. A definate summer beer, but not while cutting the grass. Also, this is not the type of beer I would recommend drinking while play a couple rounds of billiards, but it is an interesting beverage to sample.

No matter how inconsistent the brewery’s beers are, they are spot on with the beer names. 12 oz. bottle poured a hazy, lighter golden with a medium cap of creamy white head. Nose was very spicy, with lemon pepper, cloves, ginger, and white pepper... fainy sour wheat is down there somewhere, but you have to get the nose way down in the glass. Flavor was spicy too, with sour lemon a dominant feature on the tongue... clove, coriander, ginger, and white pepper resonate outward from the tongue and the finish is of sour lemon and wheat. Zesty, spicy, and dry on the palate with litthe malt presence... refreshing.

Wow, here’s a strange one. Cloudy yellow color with a medium head. Burst of ginger and corriander on the nose. More corriander in the taste, but a solid presence of wheat as well. Definitely a hot weather beer.

12 oz bottle. Poured a hazy yellow-gold color. Head was white and reduced over a minute or two to a thin lasting film. Some lace was left behind at the end. Aroma was of orange and flower blossoms. There was also some yeasty bread dough, but not much in the way of spices. Very flowery and pollen-like. Delicately sweet on the tongue with buttered pancake, orange, and biscuity flavors. Some coriander came out as well. Carbonation was on the low end of the spectrum. Decent wit.
