MABR-Cloudy darker golden color, small white head with some staying power. The aroma was wheaty and spicy with a slight citrus side with the flavor being much the same as the aroma with a slightly stronger emphasis on the spice.the after taste was wheaty with a spicy side.very decent brew and well worth the 350 miles to travel to get one.

A light and refreshing wheat. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of citrus. Slightly sweet, noticeable spice. The brewer says this a Belgian white.

Light, fragrant aroma of flowers, banana, ginger, pine. The body is light, sparkling, and very nice. Perfectly pairs with the spicy taste. Ginger and coriander are of course apparent, but banana and light wheat shine too. A little honey and lemon in the aftertaste, too.

Interesting Brew. Hazy Gold Coloring. Good Head to it. Plenty of Spice and some Wheat. Good Summer Brew. Would Like to Try Again.

Wow, here’s a strange one. Cloudy yellow color with a medium head. Burst of ginger and corriander on the nose. More corriander in the taste, but a solid presence of wheat as well. Definitely a hot weather beer.

Bottle via skyview. The beer pours to a hazy glassy plastic yellow body with lots of visible carbonation. A huge airy meringue white head with nice lacing sits on top. The aroma is heavy on the ginger and has a decent coriander. Smells like pickled sushi ginger given the amount. Subtle wheat. The flavor is coriander, toasty pale malts, nice ginger, and yeasty wheat. One of the better Viking beers IMO. The palate is clean, refreshing, carbonated, and light.

12oz shorty bottle. Super hazy orange tan color, not much of a head. The ginger is really what separates this one from your run-of-the-mill Wit. Some crispness in the initial mouthfeel which quickly fades into a gingery aftertaste. Works rather well, but should be advertised as a Ginger Beer.

12 oz bottle. Poured a hazy yellow-gold color. Head was white and reduced over a minute or two to a thin lasting film. Some lace was left behind at the end. Aroma was of orange and flower blossoms. There was also some yeasty bread dough, but not much in the way of spices. Very flowery and pollen-like. Delicately sweet on the tongue with buttered pancake, orange, and biscuity flavors. Some coriander came out as well. Carbonation was on the low end of the spectrum. Decent wit.
