Very sweet aroma, like Asti Spumante and honey combined. Full fruity flavor, with white wine grape and green apple, very sweet with lots of honey. A little dash of dry spice in the finish that does nothing to diminish the sweetness. Too mild carbonation, not quite medium bodied. awaller05 (301), Sharon, Wisconsin, USA

Real good one though, Sweet taste of apples, a cider taste. Makes a different type of drink. igneous1 (1374), Davenport, Iowa, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 5, 2005 I was surprised at how light this was, almost like white wine, crystal clear. Beautiful fresh green apple aroma with a little bit of glue (Bu11zeye described it as paint thinner). Sweet flavor, more honey in the tasting than the aroma, then some cardboard notes, plus still more green apple. Interesting, anyway. Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Dec 4, 2005 Bottle. Very thin looking-looks almost like water. Big raw honey nose, with a touch of vanilla. Good amount of sweetnes, not over the top like some meads. I was impressed with this. Nice. JCW (1262), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Nov 20, 2005 Pretty much a drain pour for me. Looked like a beer, nice gold color, with a small white head, smelled sweet. Sort of tasted like a cup of apple juice, a TBL spoon of sugar, and a quarter cup of apple vinegar. Four sips and off to the sink I go and to the refrig for something strong to kill the taste. The largest std deviation I have ever seen on a 3+ beer, either you love it or hate it, and of course I had to hate it.
