golden yellow with a few bubbles for a head and sporadic spots of foam. (no head yet there are little clingers?) tart honey and green apple aroma similar to the honey moon barleywine... add in some lemon, grain and florals to make up the smell and taste. initially there is a weird industrial smell. but, that blows off and the second pour is far better. sharp texture and mouth feel from prickly carbonation is not unpleasant... kinda fun. 5/3/5/3/11/2.7

Tasted on draught: Pours a clear bright golden colour with little head. Aroma is of honey, flowers and peach. Taste is refreshing and clean, vibrant fruits- hint of lemon and pear. Honey again on the palate, not overdone, but not underdone (is that a word?) as well. At the Old Fashioned in Madison, apparently a brew that one of the bartenders helped make at the brewery in Dallas.

Bottle. The beer pours to a hazy shiny bronze body with tons of champagne carbonation and a lasting creamy soapy white head. The flavor is sweet clover honey and toasted pale/specialty malt base. Honeysuckle. Better than I’d expect it to be. Some floral hops. The aroma is a sweetened corn malt and floral honey. The palate is malty and moderately carbonated. Sweet, lightly astringent, and decent.

12 oz bottle. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color. Head was two fingers high and white with good retention. The aroma was strange. The malt, hops, and honey combined to create an adhesive-tape-like smell. You never want to smell adhesive tape in your glass. Somewhat tart on the tongue up front with carbonation on the higher end of the spectrum. Sour fruit flavors predominated in the middle, but there was a pleasant graham cracker and honey aftertaste.

12 oz bottle. Pale amber color, slightly hazy. Massive foamy head. Sweet honey aroma. Flavor is mild hops, grainy malts and a hint of honey sweetness. Light bodied and fizzy. Very mild and inoffensive. Decent summer refresher.

[Bottle, thanks Skyview] Poured amber with a medium white head. Had a decent aroma--a little sweet and malty. Heavily carbonated. A little hoppy, grainy finish.
