Clear dark golden to tan color with a modest cream colored bead. A heavy vale of lace. Pale and caramel malts mingle with a hint of pipe tobacco. If I didn’t like pipe tobacco, I likely would have knocked the aroma down a spot or maybe even two. Quite sweet with cream and pale malts abounding. One of only a few were the honey sweetness still seems to be present. The real honey with a touch of wax. To sweet for a pale. without enough hops to back things up.

Thanks for the bottle, JPDIPSO. The body is a medium amber with a thin head that shows that slightest of yellow tint. The aroma is very tropical with pineapple and oranges. There is also a little caramel. The taste is caramel with some maraschino cherries. There is also some bubblegum. An interesting and different brew. Thin mouthfeel. Nice for a summer beer.

Picked up a four pack at The Coffee Grounds in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Pours a clear dark amber brew with a thick and lumpy off-white head that leaves behind an excellent lacing. Aroma of sweet roasted caramel malt, clover honey, with a touch of citrus zest. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with a honey toffee and citrus flavor. Finish is slightly sweet, with a toffe and grassy hop bitterness in the aftertaste. The finish taste has more toffee than the citrus flavor.

Bottle thanks to Skyview! The slow gusher poured medium orange with lots of sediment floating around in there.. nice cap of white head on top. Aroma was of sweet floral, honey, and grassy notes with underpinnings of caramel and some more honey. Flavor had quite nice usage of honey at the core paired with English toffee.. floral and grassy bitterness rolled outward, leaving grasses and honey at the finish. Lighter-bodied on the palate and a touch grainy.. felt pretty good. This exceeded expectations.

Light copper color with a thin head. A little touch of dry honey on the nose. It struck me as being maltier than a typical Pale... ah, it’s English Pale, not American. That explains it. Good balance. Tasty!

12 oz bottle. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color. Head was two fingers high and white with good retention. The aroma was strange. The malt, hops, and honey combined to create an adhesive-tape-like smell. You never want to smell adhesive tape in your glass. Somewhat tart on the tongue up front with carbonation on the higher end of the spectrum. Sour fruit flavors predominated in the middle, but there was a pleasant graham cracker and honey aftertaste.

Has a hops taste that was barely present in the honey moon. Gold, small head. Aroma of honey. Flavor was mild with honey and very light hops; a little sweet. Refreshing. Well done.

Dark honey-brown, dense white form head. Sweet candy edge that is rather curious--like Skittles. Vegetal and honey flavor. Grassy and murky finish. Thin, losing carbonation in the body. Not very enjoyable to my tastes.
