Good malty aroma. Sweet malt flavor with notes of caramel and light dark fruit. Low hops. Well blended.

Bottle. Pale orange color, strange lingering sediment that just floats around in the beer. Minimal head. Flavor is far away malt, just a tinge of hop bitterness. Medium smooth bodied. Once again, like every other Viking, the flavor is alright but it’s under-carbonated. Otherwise OK.

Amber with a thin quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of caramel and light apple. Taste of caramel and light fruit. Creamy body that starts with a malty sweetness that finishes a bit tart and dry. Goes down easy, though there’s not much to it.

Pretty good stuff. Fairly thick and goes down smooooth. Certainly a carmel aspect there that is quite nice. Would drink this again

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of grains, caramel, bready and lightly buttery. Tastes of butterscotch candy, caramel, and grainy.

Clear gold/amber, small white head. Stale, old grains, doughy biscuits, a bit of vomit. Medium body, just smoother than balanced. Needs improvement.

12 oz bottle. Poured a clear orange color. Head was two fingers high and off white with good retention and lacing. Smelled of sweet corn and malty caramel. Strangely enough, I also got an occasional whiff of strawberry yogurt. Slightly sweet and medium bodied with a soft mouth feel. Pleasant malty caramel flavor with the lightest hint of alcohol and a buttery note. Unusual aroma, but pretty tasty. It improved as I drained the glass.

Pours like honey, a deep amber with a fuly diminishing off-white head. The nose contains caramel malt, stale grains, raw doughy bread, mold, undefined fruit. Flavor is pretty bad, caramel, brown sugar, dough and light spice lingering. Fruit notes are unidentifiable. Finishes stale, moldy, caramel lingering with light pepper trailing. Mouthfeel is so boring it doesn’t warrant further description.
