Autumn Brew Review 2004. Pours a nice dark amber color. Aroma is mainly grape and wood, maybe port. Taste is a solid blend of honey, apple, and caramel. Something weird is going on with this one and I kinda like it! Happy 600 to me!

Medium-bodied, a little caramel and some exciting, exotic fruit notes. Not all that honeyish in the flavour though. Has a discreet underlying acidity. Interesting. 190408

Apr 21, 2008 Clear deep amber with tiny off white head. Cloying sweet aroma with plum and peach notes. Very sweet flavor with notes of caramel, honey, plums and peach. Ends sweet.

Apr 20, 2008 Bottled. An amber mead with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, melon, and other fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit - especially melon, though somewhat artificial, leading to a very sweet finish.
