Medium-bodied, a little caramel and some exciting, exotic fruit notes. Not all that honeyish in the flavour though. Has a discreet underlying acidity. Interesting. 190408

Apr 20, 2008 Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #7: Pours sligh cloudy orange with a fully diminished white head. Sweet fruity aroma, light and almost peachy. Flavour is sweet and with a light resembling honey note following, mead-like. Light spiced and almost dry woody note following.

Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Clear flat looking body with a golden almost nut-brown color. Aroma of melon, citrus, fresh fruit. Over the palate came light alcohol, honey like and floral notes. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with some acidic. Honey like sweet and alcoholic finish.
