Cloudy orange wth a lasting off-hite head. Strong hoppy aroma of citrus and pine, with a hint of bubblegum fruit esters, a little bready malt and a faint note of alcohol. Dry and very bitter hoppy flavour with some bready munich malt character, but little malt sweetness.

Jan 3, 2010 Bottle 50 cl. Large fin creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of citrus, pine, grape. Over the palate came caramel, mild toasted malt. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light lingering bitter finish.

Dec 16, 2009 Orange with a dense head. The aroma is citric: grape, pine and orange with some nice malty undertones. Refreshing balanced flavours. Not aggressively hopped, but refined.
Nice to have the local beer pusher bringing the American way to Ørbæk and Odense.

Dec 10, 2009 An IPA as an IPA should be. Nice herb flavor and smell. Excellent initiative.
Pours cloudy and yellow/orange, with white head. Not too strong nose.
The taste starts with a nice hop flavor, which ends with a little alcohol.

Nov 26, 2009 Pours hazy amber, caramel color with nice white/yellowish head. Quit mild nose. Nothing big, actually it needs more hops in smell. The taste is hoppy, caramel, roasty, fruity and bit of flowers.... Nice going boys!!! Next time add some more hops......
