Growler. Pours gold with a thin off white head. Smells of toasted malt, some subtle earthiness. Tates semi sweet and mildly spicy with a toasty finish.

Tap at the brewpub. The body was dark gold with a white head. The aroma was malty with hints of light caramel. The taste was creamy malt with some decent bite of light hops. Boring.

Sampled on draft at Vinos. Pours cloudy gold with a minimal white head and faint lacing. Aroma is mildly fruity and malty. Flavor is clean, balanced and grainy. Medium-light body and lightly carbonated. Pretty good for the style - but it’s just not my kind of beer.

Draught. Pours straw yellow with an edgy white head. Aroma is light fruity hops, light malt (meal) and trace yeast. Medium bitter and grassy, grainy malt, some faint tart hops, lasting flavor, mildly sweet. Medium bodied and fizzy, dry palate.

I didn’t have a notepad so I’m rating this from memory from earlier tonight. Couldn’t sense much of an aroma. The flavor had a decent amount of bitter all the way through. I could sense a smooth, creamy texture and flavor. Overall, it’s ok...I could drink it if none of their others were available.
