| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Dec 19, 2005 Milwaukee YEHa!05, brought by DenverLogan. Flat, dark brown body. Aroma of ginger, nutmeg, light notes of anise, and other spices, a bit sweet. Ginger, nutmeg, and anise also dominate the flavor profile. The body was flat, lifeless, and rather unappealing. There was a muted hollow quality to the flavor profile, too. This didn’t cut it for me. BBB63 (4267), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 19, 2005 Enjoyed at the Tosa YeHA 2005, growler provided by Logan, thanks:
Chestnut hued with a minimal head and little lace. The body is a bit thin but makes it more drinakable. Ginger, clove, nutmeg, pepper, carmel, smoked malts appear on the nose. The taste was similar with a nicely spiced and mild sweet mainframe with some additional bitterness and chalky finish. Not too bad and much better than my other beer from this brewery. A nice light XMAS beer, surprising. StewardofGondor (1934), Washington Heights - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 19, 2005 Growler shared by DenverLogan. Slightly hazy chocolate brown in color with no head, void of any movement, and potentially some yeasties. Christmas creationism in the nose, resting on nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread men, and liquefied brown sugar sloshed over pecans. Cherry tobacco pipe blend flavor meets halfway with Christmas spice bread. Amplified nutmeg and a late seasonal intervention manifests as pumpkin pie spice comes to call. Spicy palate dimension composed of crackled black pepper and earthen walnut dust. Dry, arid finish. hezron (604), Viroqua, Wisconsin, USA

Aroma of ginger, cardemom, cinamon, caramel, slightly vinous. Dark ruby brown without much of a head. Lots of ginger in the flavor, it’s like drinking a gingerbread cookie. Watery palate, body is a little thin. 1FastSTi (2579), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 17, 2005 DenverLogan brought this. It pours to a smokey chocolatey plaintains. Spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Almost has an eggnog like quality. Very unique and quite good. The beer is a weak looking brown color. No head. Tastes like what I suspect a Christmas wreath would taste. MIBRomeo (1965), Wisconsin, USA
