08 Vintage at the Restaurant. Pours a thick dark red brown color with a beige top. The smell is candy cookie sweet and wonderful, along with some nice hop fragrances on the fruity end of the scale. Thick on the palate. This beer is a wonderfully complex balance of alcohol, sweetness, malt and hops. It just has a lot of everything. I would love to age some, but they only sell it by the glass... drat.

Sampled at GABF 2009. Light brown pour. Aroma of floral hops, grapefruit, and a hint of soap (more clean smelling than anything offensive). Sweet peach, tangerine, and pineapple flavors. A pleasant surprise; I liked this one.

very weird double ipa, very murkey waters indeed. Awesome blend of malts with the big time hops. I really enjoyed a beer that was as heavily malted as it was hopped. Lots and lots of alcohol in the head and body. Great beer, want more.

Hazy, dark ruby color with a beige head. Sweet nose with a piny hop aroma. The taste is malty sweet at first, balanced by the typical american, piny hops with a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste. Really nice.

GABF 2009, Great beer. Big citrusy hop aroma, Deep amber pour, Grapefruit hops, caramel malt balance, great mouthfeel. Never had much interest in going to Arkansas, this beer may change this

Draught at GABF 2008. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized off white head. Sweet aroma of hops, caramel, fruits and grape fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of hops and grape fruits with notes of caramel. Hoppy finish.

GABF 2006: Lightly hazed amber color with an off-white head. Citrus and caramel made up most of the aroma but some pine started to come through. Pretty nice. The flavor was even better. Huge fresh hoppy pine flavor that ran the full length of the beer. Long bitter finish.

(draught at brewpub) deep amber with small off white head. Pine hops aroma with some citrus, hints of sweetness. Full bodied distinct hops presence that doesn’t overwhelm caramel malt. Really nicely balanced.
