The smell is candy cookie sweet and wonderful, along with some nice hop fragrances on the fruity end of the scale. Thick on the palate. This beer is a wonderfully complex balance of alcohol, sweetness, malt and hops. It just has a lot of everything. I would love to age some, but they only sell it by the glass... drat. zizzybalubba (392), Elizabeth City, North Carolina, USA

Aroma of floral hops, grapefruit, and a hint of soap (more clean smelling than anything offensive). Sweet peach, tangerine, and pineapple flavors. A pleasant surprise; I liked this one. 21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA

Awesome blend of malts with the big time hops. I really enjoyed a beer that was as heavily malted as it was hopped. Lots and lots of alcohol in the head and body. Great beer, want more. kxkeller (32), Copenhagen, Denmark

The taste is malty sweet at first, balanced by the typical american, piny hops with a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste. Really nice. swoopjones (1917), Buffalo, New York, USA
