May 12, 2009 Bottle. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. Citrusy, caramel-malty nose with a hoppy touch. A slight sourness too maybe. At least the flavor is a bit sourish, with fine resiny hops, some citrus and sweetness covering most of it. Medium, quite fizzy mouthfeel. Decently bitter finish. Not my favorite Virklund beer, but a quite decent one. (090430)

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy shell bitter with a average to long duration, and a peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
