On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy yellow body with thin head. Citrus nose. Taste of bananas (mainly) and some citrus and spicyness. Watery texture. Good beer though.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy milky yellow colour, white head. Aroma of wheat and light sourness. Flavour is light sweet, wheat, fresh sourness, a hint of spice. Medium bodied. Really nice and refreshing wit.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Cloudy yellow with a big creamy white head. Fruity aroma with quite a bit of banana. Banana flavours, some offsetting spiciness. A bit light body. Refreshing, not too complex.

Bottled (BB 12/2008)
Hazy yellow color, huge cloudy white head, lace. Lots of yeast - foam came out of bottle minutes after minutes. Coriander spicey and wheaty nose. Coriander, yeast, candy sugar, wheat in the flavor. Very Flamish witbier with dry aftertaste.

(Bottled) Opaque yellow-orange with an enormously lively, big-bubbly head. Original aroma with lots of fruit (lemon mostly) and coriander spiciness. Quite crisply lemony, dryish flavor with medium acidity. Yeast brings some sourness, and smooths out the crispness. Light to medium-bodied, quite refreshing palate with foamy carbonation. A quite nice and different witbier.

Light yellow colored, strongly cloudy appearance. Little white head. Orange, spices, mild wheat in aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Not very original wit: crispy carbonation, orange, yeast and not very much spices. Boring wit, high carbonation indeed.

Draught. Spicy coriander aroma with a hint of sour rag. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Big, stable, creamy white head. Mild flavour, spicy without any bitterness. High carbonation.

An unclear yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is like ascorbine acid, and the flavor is sweet with notes of lemon and vitamin C. I hope it is healthy like vitamin pills.
