From tap@’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Solid offwhite head. Unclear, brass colored body. Slight sour, tangy fruit nose. Faint doughy malts and yeast. Taste is light sweet malty with a sour accent.Generously spiced, anis and pepper detected. A fresh fruitiness underneath. Light to medium body strenght. Slick in the mouth. Finishes fairly dry, light spicy with fruit notes.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with loads of floating impurities and a small white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and fruit. Very lively, almost explosive. Medium-bodied, lots of fruit, phenols and yeast - almost Hefe-like. 221108
