Oct 1, 2009 From tap@’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Solid offwhite head. Unclear, brass colored body. Slight sour, tangy fruit nose. Faint doughy malts and yeast. Taste is light sweet malty with a sour accent.Generously spiced, anis and pepper detected. A fresh fruitiness underneath. Light to medium body strenght. Slick in the mouth. Finishes fairly dry, light spicy with fruit notes.

Sep 10, 2009 On tap at Cafe ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam on 20th March 2009. Crystal clear red-amber in colour with white head. Very fruity and spicy with some yeast notes (dough). Enjoyable.

Mar 26, 2009 Tap. Pours a hazy golden with a nice lasting sticky white head. Doughy yeasty aroma with grassy hints, apple pear other fruity esters, banana, and ligth sweet malts. Flavor is clean, light fruity, esters, belgian doughy yeast, crackery light malts. Smooth finish. nice.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate yeasty, peppery, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and peppery finish.
