Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with an enormous orange-beige head that lingered forever. The aroma was strong sweet fruity hops, light floral hops and a touch of piney hops. The flavor was sweet and fruity with noted of orange, honey and piney hops and a nutty malty undertone. The finish was long fruity and floral hops and turned a bit dry. Medium body. Solid.

Bomber Bottle from Champanes, this IPA has a burnt orange and red pour with lots of sediment particles floating around, there is a lot of carbonation and fills the glass with half beer and half foam, I had some sediment in my bottle, aromas of toasted malt, caramel and faint floral hops, flavors of toasted malt, peach and orange fruit flavor with some herb and pine hop bite on the tongue, this ale seems to be a malt focus recipe, also, there is an herb taste to the bitterness at the finish, mouth feel is about medium, I was a disappointed, I wanted more hops and a better play of hops and malts.

Bottle Pours a cloudy golden with a big off white head. The head has a great lasting power. It laces well also. Aroma is mixed well good hops and touches of malts. Has a good carbonation and a nice mouthfeel. The flavor is hoppy with good additions of spices. It is very refreshing. Has a medium body. An oilish texture. This has a solid finish and great aftertaste. I liked this one very much.

Bottle courtesy of Blankboy, shared with Jay. Spring version. Amber, good sized white head. Nice aroma of citrus hops and malt. Taste is good too - more citrus hops and malt. Very standard drinkable IPA - no complaints here.

Bottle (with silver cap). Pours a coppery amber with four full fingers of head and aromas that are somewhat light, but promise some piny hops and sweet malts. As it sits a little the head recedes very slowly and a little more grapefruit comes out in the nose. Flavor is pretty heavy on the grain and malt, but has an herbal hops edge to it and a pine needle finish.

Bottle (22oz). Poured murky orange with a large frothy-fizzy beige lasting head - plenty of large chunkies floating in it, so pour carefully. Delicate floral/citrus bitter aroma, leafy and mildly sweet malt body. The taste is ... wow, that’s dry and bitter - primarily resin, some black pepper and plenty of sage - not sweet at all. Average body, decent carbonation, extremely long bitter finish - it’s not an aggressive bitterness, it just won’t go away - very much a spicy earthy aftertaste. I’d really like to try this completely fresh-bottled - I suspect it would be incredibly good ... as is, it’s still pretty solid.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, caramel, pine, and a bit of toasty malts. Poured amber in color with a large, foamy, rocky, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Not sparkling. Full of large particles. Excellent lacing. Lightly sweet, medium bitter flavor. Tastes of hops, pine, grapefruit, and citrus. Medium body. Average texture. Soft to average carbonation. Bitter hoppy finish.

Bottle (22oz). Pours a cloudy dark orange-copper with an average size lasting foamy white head. Nice hoppy aroma, spicy, piney & floral, along with fruit and sweet malt. Interesting flavour of piney / sprucy hops backed by malt along with earthy yeast and citrus fruit -- quite refreshing and tasty. Medium bodied. I don’t know how high this is rated but I really like it. (Well I know how high it’s rated now because I’m entering it and I can see it, but at the time I wrote my notes I didn’t). I’d love to get more of this stuff.
