| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 27, 2006 Skunky aroma. Very clear yellow, thin disipitating head. Medium carb. Nice smooth sweet flavour, hint of nuts or something. I cant get to it but its sweet and strange. Kind of like the odd taste. Joeh (1908), Buckinghamshire, England
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 13, 2006 Bottle, Tesco. Quite dark for the style, a deep gold. Aroma of straw and sugary malt. To taste this is soft, sweet with very little hops and not an awful lot of character. Sweet aftertaste. It’s not bad as a pale lager, which is what I think it is stylewise because of the lack of hops. greenmanalishi (299), Leicestershire, England
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 8/20 | May 23, 2006 500ml bottle which, in typical Tescos trend, very closely resembles the Budvar bottle! Golden colour, thin head. Very faint aroma. Hint of fruitiness, quickly taken over by overall bland impression, clinging, artificial finish. Price, at just £1 a bottle, is definitely somewhat of a balancing factor. dj (422), Gloucestershire, England
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 19, 2006 Bottle, 500ml. A small but lasting head. An aroma of malt after the initial pour (perhaps some fruit with a little imagination), but after a minute it’s gone. Light golden appearance. A nice hoppy, slightly bitter finish. Moderate carbonation. Not the best lager in the world, but certainly not the worst either. stouby (1955), Holbaek, Denmark

Golden with a large white head. Aroma moderate malty and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium body, soft carbonated. Fin (3465), Merton, Oxfordshire, England
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 31, 2006 Bottled from Tesco at £1 for 500ml you cannot really complain at that price as it’s certainly on a par with similar standard lagers of this type. light golden coloured, not much aroma, easy drinking, nothing special ok lager.
