Something very interesting about the pour of this brew is that the bottom is quite clear, almost see-through, while the top is quite cloudy. Almost no head on this one. Aroma consists of a Belgian yeast mixed in with sweet oranges and lemon, with a touch of spice on the nose. Flavor brings out a zesty lemon taste on first sip, moving into an orangey coriander and slightly hoppy taste as it slides down the palate for a more tart finish. Definitely a bit different from most wit biers, I personally enjoyed the experience. HogTownHarry (4007), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada

Very yeasty, very funky hops, sweet malt with way, way too much coriander in it, plenty of lemon too - my initial reaction was "yuck" but that’s just the coriander diddling my hippocampus (University for river horses). The taste is odd - it’s very much like faint wheat beer with a yak-load of coriander and pure lemon juice poured in it ... but I kinda like it. Mouthfeel is very watery, flat, heavily acidic, quick finish, cleans the scale off your teeth - it’s different, I’ll give you that rederic (1811), montréal, Quebec, Canada

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2006 Cloudy dark-straw color and a small and loose soapy white head that dissipated in an oily manner. Light sweet caramel notes in the nose plus apply esters, moderate corander spice, and some leather. Flavor is medium sweet, moderately tart, and lightly bitter with some Brett-like qualities similar to overripe pineapples. A pleasant and unique beer. A great end with little hints of orange. Unique blush red color with a head that disappears very quickly. I enjoyed this beer and look forward to more beers from belgium natedoggkc (164), Lenexa, Kansas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 4, 2006 Very cloudy with huge white head. Aroma is very fruity and Belgium like. Taste is very much lemon with some coriander, not a beer I would drink often. crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 25, 2006 Cloudy orange, nice white head. Very sweet and sour almost flemish sour-like. Orange and lemon, slight spices, but still a sour flavor and aftertaste, not much else going on than this. Not bad.
