Mar 22, 2008 Funky lttle beer!. The smell has a bit of funk to it, almost like a touch saison but the grapefruit and pineapple and spice dominates the aroma. Terrific smell. Taste has elements of a Sour and a Wit with the dominating characteristics of a wit, orange peel., grapefruit, mango and spice but a current of sour and funky is there. Complex and rather awesome for the style.

Mar 16, 2008 Bottle from Sergio’s. Poured hazy yellow color with a medium creamy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sour citrus aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus sour flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration.

Feb 15, 2008 Pours cloudy peach juice color, small head. Nose is tropical fruit salad including guava, pineapple, some orange. Light, spritzy body makes this instantly appeal to my summer senses. Lightly tart, citric, juicy, and highly refreshing.

Feb 4, 2008 Bottle..hazy branze-yellow color w/ a small light head. Yeast, sweet fruit, and spice on the nose...Tasted a little orange, some nutmeg/corriander flavor, some grains. Very light, almost water w/ a sour like champagne mouthfeel. Overall, I didn’t feel like this beer stood up to other Witbiers.

Jan 23, 2008 (Bottle) Pours an amber color with a light haze to it. Lots of spice in the nose. Aromas include some light malts, wheat and coriander. Taste is spicy and sour. Citrus notes, with a surprisingly tart finish. Body is lighter than most Belgians, and the carbonation is rather low as well. An interesting beer, to say the least.

Jan 14, 2008 Very very light beer. Very clean tasting beer with a strong taste of lemon...... and that’s it. It kind of tastes like drinking lemon water.
