My Bottom Line:
Stark cereals and white peppery, herbal hops swing into a gripping spicy hop bitterness in this well-honed Strong Lager.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the clear golden.
-The malt profile develops some honey apart from the frank grain profile.
-Alcohol is apparent in the flavor profile, which is not necessary at this gravity.
-Balance exists within the intensity.

Malty, rather sweet. Lots of grain, smooth, full moth feel. Some alcohol, not too well balanced. I’d rather have a draft Czech lager!

Jul 8, 2008 Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is very spicy and malts with some mild fruityness and hoppyness. Flavour is the same in a nice and pleasant way. Very wellbalanced. Though, this illusion gets smashed with the huge amounts of metal showing up in the finish and aftertaste.

Clear amber color, fluffy tan head. Fruity floral scent. Hoppy and bitter taste, also malty. Metallic aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel and bitterness.

May 20, 2008 Nice amber-golden color with a good-lookin’ head. Aroma is sweet and fruity like the taste. in the flavour is some malt, light hop and a little liqueric alcohol. Dry aftertaste. Nice!
