Bottle, thanks Allen, Cloudy yellow, offwhite cream. Somewhat sour grain aroma. Light fruit, then water, then a light lactic note. Eartht yeast retronasal. Needs a retry from tap I think.

bottle, with many thanks to allen! Clear yellow colour with a large white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, grainy and malty with hints of dough and a sourish touch. Slightly fruity.

Bottled 33cl. Sampled at Brasserie Federal, Zürich. It pours a hazy golden beer with a white head. Lively carbonation. The nose is of banana, cereals and bread accompanied by a pleasant hoppiness. Rather yeasty. The taste is bready with hints of banana, lemon and hemp. Yeasty. Beautiful lace. Light bodied. Slightly acidic. Some caramel showing up. Dry bitter finish with a hint of banana and lemon. Additional comment: A very nice beer.

Cloudy loght blond color, with an incredible amount of solid particles suspended. Simple aroma, classic in Switzerland, with light malt, cereals and hop. Dry mouthfeel, light body, poor flavor; and the hop infusion was too long resulting in too much ending bitterness (which I didn’t recall from many years ago).

33cl bottle brought back from a recent trip to Switzerland by my sister - Pours cloudy golden with a tall white airy head that dissipated pretty quickly. Aroma of bread, yeast, grains, and light hops, and just a touch of skunk. Flavor is a little more citrus with lemon notes, still a lot of bread and yeast notes though. Palate is light and airy.
