Deep brown colour, lasting cream head. Distinctive Wadworth yeast aroma. Yeast carries on throughout. Some toffee. Faint hop on finish. Great condition and mostly about the yeast character in this bitter. swoopjones (1920), Buffalo, New York, USA

A clear copper-brown ale with a small off white head that nevertheless provided decent lacing. Nose of caramel malts and light floral hops. Noticeably fruity on the tongue with hints of marmalade and a gentle malty hop finish. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and a slick mouthfeel. Pretty good but not outstanding. nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
