| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Pretty thin stuff for a stout. Pours almost black (good) with a brown head (good). Head vanishes while you watch ... swirling shows this to be thin stuff, confirmed as you drink ... with no lacing. Thin in the mouth as well. Flavor is inoffensive ... dark roasted malt. Nose is inoffensive ... dark roasted malt. Without complexity or intensity, and without much finish. I tossed it. I don’t need the calories.
