Pours a deep brown with a smaller bubbly/creamy off white head. Aroma of light smoke, roasted malts, oats, choclate and some bandaide. Flavors of the same...kind of thin and nothing special.

On tap at the brewery. Nice dark almost black color with a beige rim for herad. Aroma of oats,. caramel, and malts. Taste was sweet-caramel, oats, chocolate, malts. Poor body for a stout. Seemed watery.

sampled at the brewpub. dark brown in color. Aroma is chocolate, with light notes of caramel and bread. Taste followed suit, rather thin bodied for an oatmeal sout.

Pretty thin stuff for a stout. Pours almost black (good) with a brown head (good). Head vanishes while you watch ... swirling shows this to be thin stuff, confirmed as you drink ... with no lacing. Thin in the mouth as well. Flavor is inoffensive ... dark roasted malt. Nose is inoffensive ... dark roasted malt. Without complexity or intensity, and without much finish. I tossed it. I don’t need the calories.
