Pours cloudy gold with a huge pillow head and great lacing. Looked real good in the glass. Flavor matches aroma. Start out sweet and as a crisp tart finish. Palate is tart and clean. I liked it, must have gotten a good bottle. Beershine (2710), Traipsing Around, Cambodia

Lliked the pilsner when I had it at the brewery tasting. Found that it conformed to the parameters of the style: hoppy, crisp, fresh, and quaffable. Dry nose, straw-colored, sudsy head. Good mouthfeel. hophead75 (1961), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 24, 2007 12 oz bottle from Westmere Beverage in Albany. Hazy light amber/orange in color. This was a gusher! calmed down relatively quickly. Not too bad of an aroma with floral hops and some crackery grain/cereal in the background. Taste was rather thin and painfully carbonated at first, after it settled down it was a bit better. Pale malts and some munich in the taste as well as some saaz hops. A bit dirty and unrefined though. Overall, not too bad, perhaps if this was a bit fresher it would have been better. HogTownHarry (4020), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 21, 2007 Bottle (12oz). Poured very bubbly deep gold with a huge fizz-bubble white head. Dry, acrid aroma, like scorched lemon juice and weeds. The taste is dry, sharp, sour - weedy and bitter. Average body, way too sour and astringent, burningly carbonated - sour aftertaste - I’d say the bottle had gone off, but I’ve had other beers from them and they were less than good. kmweaver (2471), Sebastopol, California, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 5, 2007 12oz bottle. Pours a clear, orangish yellow color; off-white head with great retention and lacing. Light aroma: slightly floral with mild citrus. While this starts off quite pleasant (as a crisp, flavorful pilsner) there’s an intense, unpleasant bitterness that quickly creeps through, overwhelming an otherwise pleasant, sugary and chewy pilsner; disappointing after the first few sips. Lengthy, bitter finish. zach8270 (2122), Henrietta, New York, USA

Aroma is very light with a fair amount of hops and citrus. Flavor is very sweet and cloying with some sourness and hops laced throughout. Watery finish and a very strange aftertaste. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 30, 2006 12oz. bottle: This one pours a clear, lighter amber color. There was a small off white head that drops off rather quickly. The aroma is a bit weak, but I get some grapefruit out of it and not too much else. The taste is rather uninspiring. Somewhat metallic, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. Definitely not as good as some of their other offerings.
