Commercial Description:
Traditionally, the winemaker's beverage of choice during grape harvest is often beer; hence, this ale is dedicated to winemakers everywhere. It is a truly traditional American pale ale, medium-bodied and full of Chinook and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest. It has an intense floral and spicy aroma and flavor with just a hint of caramel malt.

12oz. bottle: This one poured a golden color. It was just a touch hazy. Not much of a head to it. The aroma is a bit grapefruity. A fairly good bit of bitterness to the taste. Some maltiness to the body. The bitter taste lingers wit you awhile. Somewhat dry also. A fairly decent APA!

Slightly fruity aroma w/nice bit of hops. Grapefruit and ozone. Clear dark amber w/little head. Med body w/light carb. Smooth. Light maltiness up front, with some fruity hops. Finishes dry and bitter! Bitter after.

Slightly hazy golden colour with a large slightly off-white head. Very dry and hoppy smelling. Very hoppy initiall taste overridden by a nice malt flavour. A medium-bodied APA with a great flavour! Definately worth trying!!!

Very hoppy and dry. This bottle has quite a bit of "floaties" in it, and the finish is very bitter. Cloudy, dark amber color, medium, white head.

This is a pretty darn good pale ale, with a wave of hops in the beginning, sime citrusy bitterness in the middle, and a blast of maltiness in the finish. This is medium-bodied, but pretty full bodied as far as pale ales go. If you want to try a Wagner beer, this should be the one.

Chock full of Chinook and Cascades, this APA is exactly what it says it is. Lame head, though. Hops are evident in the aroma, too. Nice.

Sour, fruity nose. Very hoppy presence with a decent malt character. Fairly good pale - similar to Old Slugger.
