Probably THE BEST strong ale I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. If your a fan of Strong Ales this is a must! Full bodied with a very light fruity taste and a kick.

Mar 17, 2006 A very fruity and yet nicely malty strong ale. Not quite well balanced, but yet very drinkable and quite tasty. A nice hop bitterness kicks in on the finish, great lingering flavors on the palate.

Aug 6, 2004 Medium brown color. Small head. Aroma is malty, fruity and sweet. A medium to full bodied Strong Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Smooth taste. Nicely balanced. Nice sweet finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Aug 3, 2004 RBSG 2004, on tap: Clear orange with a frothy head. Citrus (orange) bubble-gum and plums in the aroma, starts and ends lightly sweet. Full boded, chewy, with lively carbonation. Ends with a long sweet aftertaste.
