Perfect fruity and dry summer session brew. A nice change of pace from all the other monsterous brews at WM. Yeah! Cloudy yellow pour with amedium white head and good lace. Lemon, yeast, wheat combine for a pleasant aroma. Light body, crisp and clean mouthfeel. Flavor leans a bit toward the sweet side, but there is some light citrrus based sourness that adds to the refreshing quality. Skyview (2768), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jul 14, 2007 Sampled on tap at the brewpub in Stevenson, Washington during ABA Beer Tour ’07. Pours a cloudy pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white film and ring. Aroma has a good balance of wheat/yeast with plenty of banana esters. Taste is medium to full bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of multi-grain/wheat and a hint of flowery hops. Finish is light, crisp with a slight yeast aftertaste.
