Red/amber colored brew. Spicy, hoppy and crisp. Sweet caramel malts and fruity, floral hoppy flavor. I like it! stchloe (124), Portland, Oregon, USA Aug 7, 2008 Superb hop profile, bitter and whole in the body and mouth. Very alcoholic too. BeerFanDan17 (375), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Jul 30, 2008 A very crisp and spicy IPA. Sampled at the Horse Brass in Portland. Very hoppy and unique. On draft! AmEricanbrew (924), Swamp Shreveport, Left Coast, Louisiana, USA Jul 27, 2008 Hazy amber with a tight head. Picked up some piney hop aromas, really too smoky here at The Horse Brass to fully savor the smell. Smooth soft carbonation. Taste is sweet caramel malts highlighting a great pine sap and floral hop show. I wish they’d bottle this brew. Classic NW style iipa.
