Commercial Description: Amber Waves IBU: 30 ABV: 4.85% This American Amber highlights the Pacific Northwest "Cascade" hop variety in the flavor, bittering and aroma phases of the boil. The Cascades compliment a blend of base and specialty malts including Caramel, Munich and roasted barley. This blend of malt and gives us a beautiful dark caramel color with a rich red undertone. The hop additions strike a perfect balance with the malt to create an exceptional clean and crisp ale.
